Katie Borin

Katie Borin is a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with over 18 years of experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments. Before joining the Harrington Discovery Institute, she worked as a Senior Executive Assistant at Citibank in New York City in the Real Estate and Lodging investment banking division. At Citi she supported a team of VPs and Managing Directors. Katie moved to Cleveland during the pandemic to be closer to family. She worked as a Senior Executive Assistant for the Segment head at KeyBank Capital Markets in the Technology group in downtown Cleveland. She then moved to support the Chief Procurement Officer and Chief Legal Counselor at the Lubrizol Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway company in Wickliffe, Ohio.

Katie is an expert in managing complex calendars, coordinating international travel, and leading special projects, including organizing large conferences and annual summits. She is known for exceptional discretion, anticipating executive needs, and enhancing efficiency by streamlining daily operations.

Katie was born and raised in West Bloomfield, Michigan and has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington. Her passions are traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
