The Therapeutics Development Center (TDC) drug developers and project managers work closely with Harrington Scholars to advance their projects toward clinical trials and commercial success. TDC advisors are experienced leaders from top pharma companies with a track record of bringing new drugs to market. 

Scholar support includes: 

• Assistance with target validation, lead optimization and nomination 
• Advising on critical elements of IND submissions, clinical testing and commercial development
• Preparation of a commercial opportunity assessment
• Collaboration with technology transfer offices to develop/strengthen intellectual property
• Identifying and securing additional funding
